Our Story:

In the days following October 7th, 2023, as Israel faced unprecedented challenges, something powerful began to emerge: a global wave of solidarity. Jewish communities around the world weren’t asking if they should help — they were asking how.

That’s when Birthright Israel answered the call.

With a deep understanding of our role as a bridge between Israel and Jewish communities worldwide, we launched our new Volunteer in Israel programs — open to Jewish adults ages 18–50 and offered in 8- or 14-day experiences. A unique opportunity for the Jewish community around the world to participate and make a lasting impact in Israel.

Our volunteers support Israeli communities through hands-on projects, rescue and distribute food to those in need, help rebuild affected areas, and form deep connections with one another.

By coming here, you are not just visiting – you are making an impact.

Over 10,000 have already joined.

Now, it’s your turn.

Be more than a visitor. Be part of something bigger.
